Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using any part of the Moltravid platform available at moltravid.com. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. Definitions
The following terms apply throughout this document:
- Platform refers to the Moltravid website, applications, services, and all related digital tools operated by Moltravid.
- User refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise interacts with the Platform.
- Account refers to the registered profile a User creates to access personalized features of the Platform.
- Content refers to all text, video, audio, graphics, course materials, assessments, and any other materials made available through the Platform.
- Instructor refers to any qualified educator or specialist who delivers sessions or creates course materials on the Platform.
- Session refers to any scheduled live interaction, group class, or individual lesson conducted through the Platform.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an Account or using the Platform in any capacity, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age, or that you have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You also represent that all information you provide during registration and use is accurate, current, and complete.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Moltravid. Your continued use of the Platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Creating an Account
Certain features of the Platform require you to register an Account. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. You may not impersonate any person or entity or use a name that is offensive, vulgar, or otherwise inappropriate.
3.2 Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Moltravid will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
3.3 Reporting Unauthorized Access
If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or that unauthorized access has occurred, you must notify Moltravid immediately at info@moltravid.com. Moltravid reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected.
4. Use of the Platform
4.1 Permitted Use
The Platform is made available for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational use only, unless a separate written agreement with Moltravid expressly permits commercial or institutional use. You may access Content and participate in Sessions for which you have enrolled.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform Content without prior written authorization from Moltravid.
- Recording, screenshotting, or otherwise capturing any live Session without the explicit consent of the Instructor and all other participants.
- Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access, extract, or index any part of the Platform.
- Uploading or transmitting any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software.
- Harassing, threatening, defaming, or discriminating against any Instructor, User, or Moltravid staff member.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any area of the Platform or to another User's Account.
- Using the Platform to advertise, solicit, or conduct any unauthorized commercial activity.
- Circumventing or disabling any technical protection or access control measure on the Platform.
- Sharing access to Sessions or course materials with individuals who have not enrolled or paid for such access.
4.3 Academic Integrity
Where assessments, projects, or evaluations form part of a learning program, you agree to complete these independently and honestly unless collaboration is explicitly permitted. Misrepresentation of your work, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty may result in suspension or termination of your Account.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Moltravid Content
All Content made available through the Platform, including but not limited to course videos, lesson materials, curricula, assessments, graphics, and software, is the property of Moltravid or its licensed Instructors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights in such Content are transferred to you except the limited right to access it for personal educational purposes during your active enrollment.
5.2 User Submissions
If you submit, upload, or post any content to the Platform, including discussion posts, project files, or feedback, you grant Moltravid a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and reproduce such content solely to the extent necessary to operate and improve the Platform. You retain ownership of content you create and are solely responsible for ensuring it does not infringe any third-party rights.
5.3 Feedback
Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you voluntarily provide regarding the Platform may be used by Moltravid without any obligation to compensate you or to maintain confidentiality.
6. Payments, Enrollment, and Refunds
6.1 Fees
Access to certain programs, courses, or Sessions on the Platform requires payment of applicable fees as described at the point of purchase. All fees are displayed in the currency applicable to your region and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Moltravid does not store your full payment card details. By submitting payment, you authorize the transaction and confirm that you are entitled to use the payment method provided.
6.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined by the specific terms communicated at the point of enrollment for each program or course. Unless otherwise specified, requests for refunds must be submitted to info@moltravid.com within the applicable refund window. Moltravid reserves the right to decline refund requests where a significant portion of the course or program has already been accessed.
6.4 Subscription Plans
Where the Platform offers subscription-based access, your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a paid cycle unless required by applicable law.
7. Sessions and Scheduling
Live Sessions, whether group or individual, are scheduled in advance and subject to Instructor availability. Moltravid reserves the right to reschedule or cancel Sessions due to Instructor unavailability, technical issues, or other operational reasons. In such cases, affected Users will be notified and offered an alternative Session or appropriate credit.
Users who miss a scheduled Session without providing timely notice are not automatically entitled to a replacement Session. Rescheduling policies for individual Sessions are communicated at the time of booking.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Moltravid Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. Moltravid processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, or services. These are provided for convenience only. Moltravid does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your interaction with third-party services is governed solely by their respective terms and policies.
10. Disclaimers
The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Moltravid makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability of the Platform or any Content. Educational outcomes depend on individual effort, engagement, and prior knowledge; Moltravid does not guarantee specific learning results or professional outcomes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moltravid and its affiliates, officers, employees, Instructors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Moltravid's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount paid by you to Moltravid in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Moltravid and its affiliates, officers, employees, and Instructors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Termination and Suspension
Moltravid reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at its discretion, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that Moltravid reasonably considers harmful to other Users, Instructors, or the integrity of the Platform.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, shall remain in effect.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting info@moltravid.com. Closing your Account does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.
14. Modifications to the Platform and Terms
Moltravid reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Platform at any time without liability to you. Moltravid may also update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated date at the top of this document will be revised. Where changes are material, Moltravid will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users through the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
15. Governing Principles
These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a manner consistent with fair dealing and good faith. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No waiver by Moltravid of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any other or subsequent breach.
